New equipment
Wow! Two journal entries on the same day!
On Friday, February 15, I got a hospital bed. The mattress isn't as comfortable as I would like, but the adjustable features of the bed more than make up for that. The main downside is that the bed is so narrow I have to sleep on my back.
Yesterday I got a shower chair. (In the interests of decency on the Internet, I regret that I cannot show a photo of how it works.) As well as making showers easier, the new chair cuts down on the number of times that Julie has to lift me, reducing chances that we will get hurt.
